At Social Media Servants, we have a focus on culture. We understand how important it is to work somewhere where you feel happy and satisfied, and are achieving your goals.
So we make a point of working with people who love what they do. If they don’t, we can help them figure out what it is they do love, and how to get there.
In our day-to-day experience, most people (outside of our office) actually don’t love what they do. They have a job they fell into, and don’t know how to get out of. Is this you? Do you love what you do or spend the majority of your day feeling miserable at work?
If you don’t love what you do, now is the time to reevaluate your career path. Which is, of course, easier said than done. Some people may already know what they love doing, but don’t know how to turn it into a career. Some people may not have it figured out at all, and that’s ok.
For some tips on finding what you love, see these articles for guidance.

You may not figure it out immediately, but acknowledging that you’re not happy in your current role, and taking steps to figure out what does make you happy will have a big impact on your life.
Everyone has a different idea of what constitutes success, but there are not too many successful people who hate their jobs. If you love what you do, you’re more likely to have career success.
There’s no better time than now to work on being happy.
