Now Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a driven, experienced digital marketing specialist to join the team here at Loud Days! The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of digital advertising campaigns, from development through to optimisation and reporting for specific brands in line with set objectives and targets.

You will be responsible for all social advertising activities across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn, as well as Google Adwords, SEO and email marketing. You will focus on providing strategies and implementation of digital marketing solutions for brand awareness and, more importantly, acquisition campaigns. This role needs to live and breathe digital, and must be across all the most effective tools and latest trends to lead the team to success.


You must have the following experience:

  • Two years in digital marketing across social, search and email
  • Deep understanding and experience in social media, in particular Facebook advertising platform (Power Editor)
  • Experience with digital media including programmatic, re-targeting, social and SEO/SEM
  • Development and management of landing pages and collecting data
  • Development and sending email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of analytics platforms and a natural affinity with data and numbers
  • Experience with digital reporting tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe, Datorama or Tableau
  • Experience in writing copy for ads, designing EDM’s and SMS campaigns
  • Google Adwords certification
  • Understanding of the Facebook Pixel and can develop a pixel tracking strategy
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing automation campaigns via marketing automation software
  • Experience segmenting databases for digital marketing campaigns


Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of advertising campaign development and implementation
  • Generate creative ideas and inspire team collaboration to achieve set KPIs for each advertising campaign
  • Ability to discuss, in detail, the reasoning behind strategic decisions and share this with both the team and the client
  • Liaising with Account Managers on a day-to-day basis
  • Understanding each client’s product or service, the market and its consumer and key business objectives in terms of sales, market-share and competitor products
  • Understanding of each social media and digital advertising platform – including specific targeting requirements, creative specifications and budget needs
  • Liaise with resources to ensure creative and copy are applicable to campaign specific requirements
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising environment – including best practices, rules and regulations and new technology and trends
  • Review performance of advertising campaigns and optimise future strategy accordingly
  • Ability to build detailed reports on all advertising campaigns
  • Day to day optimisation and analytics of running advertising campaigns
  • Oversee the implementation of various stages of the advertising campaign process
  • Develop and drive the marketing automation department introducing and utilising new systems and processes and execute automated campaigns
  • Oversee, segment and optimise the databases of all clients
